Planet of the Apes

Some astronauts land on a planet to find that apes are the dominant species, and man is an imprisoned race. One of the astronauts, Taylor, is taken under the wings of a benevolent chimpanzee scientist.

The Projected Man
(1967)

A scientist experimenting with a matter transportation device using laser beams, decides to use himself as its first test subject. The experiment doesn't go to plan, and one side of his body is dreadfully deformed. It has also become lethal to anybody who touches it.
